Speed Squats
The Speed Squats is a strength movement that targets your quadriceps. Here's how to do it with clean form.
How to do the Speed Squats
- Set the bar on your upper back with feet shoulder-width apart and toes slightly out.
- Descend to parallel with control, keeping your chest up and knees tracking over your toes.
- Drive out of the bottom with maximum bar speed on every rep.
- Use submaximal load — the goal is velocity, not limit strength.
