How to do the Split Clean
- Pull the bar explosively from the floor, extending fully through hips, knees, and ankles.
- As the bar reaches chest height, split your feet front and back to drop under it.
- Receive the bar in the rack position with elbows high and the front thigh parallel to the floor.
- Recover by stepping the front foot back, then the rear foot forward to stand.
