The Split Jump is a plyometrics movement that targets your quadriceps. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Split Jump

  1. Start in a lunge position with your front thigh near parallel to the floor.
  2. Drive through both feet explosively and jump as high as possible.
  3. Switch leg positions in the air and land softly in the opposite lunge.
  4. Absorb each landing through the hips and knees to protect your joints.
