How to do the Split Squat with Dumbbells

  1. Stand in a staggered stance with one foot 2–3 feet in front of the other, a dumbbell in each hand at your sides.
  2. Lower your back knee straight down toward the floor.
  3. Keep your front knee tracking over your toes — don't let it cave inward.
  4. Drive through your front heel to return to the start.
