The Squat Jerk is a strength movement that targets your quadriceps. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Squat Jerk

  1. Hold the barbell in a front rack at shoulder height with elbows high.
  2. Dip slightly at the hips and knees, then explosively drive the bar overhead.
  3. Drop under the bar into a full squat, catching it with arms locked out.
  4. Stand to full extension to complete the lift.
