- Anchor the band low and step inside it, or loop it across your hips, maintaining tension throughout.
- Stand feet shoulder-width apart, chest up, core tight.
- Squat to at least parallel, keeping your knees tracking over your toes.
- Press the floor away to stand — actively resist any forward pull from the band.
