The Standing Dumbbell Press is a strength movement that targets your shoulders. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Standing Dumbbell Press

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, dumbbells at shoulder height with palms facing forward.
  2. Press both dumbbells straight overhead until your arms are fully extended.
  3. Lower back to shoulder height under control before the next rep.
  4. Keep your core braced and avoid hyperextending your lower back at the top.
