The Standing Elevated Quad Stretch is a stretching movement that targets your quadriceps. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Standing Elevated Quad Stretch

  1. Place the top of one foot on an elevated surface behind you.
  2. Stand tall and shift your hips forward until you feel tension in the front of the raised thigh.
  3. Keep your standing knee soft and your torso upright.
  4. Hold the stretch, then switch sides.
