The Standing Hip Flexors is a stretching movement that targets your quadriceps. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Standing Hip Flexors

  1. Take a large step forward and lower your rear knee toward the floor.
  2. Push your hips forward and down until you feel a stretch in the front of the rear hip.
  3. Keep your torso upright and your front knee stacked over your ankle.
  4. Hold the stretch, then switch sides.
