How to do the Standing Palms-In Dumbbell Press

  1. Stand holding both dumbbells at shoulder height with palms facing each other.
  2. Brace your core and keep your lower back from hyperextending.
  3. Press both dumbbells straight overhead until elbows lock out, palms staying neutral throughout.
  4. Lower dumbbells back to shoulder level in a controlled descent.
