The Standing Pelvic Tilt is a stretching movement that targets your lower back. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Standing Pelvic Tilt

  1. Stand with feet hip-width apart, knees slightly bent.
  2. Tighten your abs and tuck your pelvis under, flattening your lower back.
  3. Hold for 2–3 seconds, then release back to neutral.
  4. Keep your upper body still — only your pelvis moves.
