How to do the Star Jump
- Start standing with feet together and arms at your sides.
- Jump explosively, spreading your legs wide and raising both arms out to shoulder height simultaneously.
- Land softly with knees slightly bent, feet together, arms back down.
- Rebound immediately into the next rep with minimal ground contact time.
