The Step-up with Knee Raise is a strength movement that targets your glutes. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Step-up with Knee Raise

  1. Stand facing a sturdy box or step, feet hip-width apart.
  2. Drive one foot onto the step and press through that heel to stand up fully.
  3. At the top, drive the opposite knee up to hip height in one fluid motion.
  4. Step back down under control and repeat on the same side before switching.
