Stride Jump Crossover
The Stride Jump Crossover is a plyometrics movement that targets your quadriceps. Here's how to do it with clean form.
How to do the Stride Jump Crossover
- Start in a lateral athletic stance with your weight on one leg.
- Drive off the outside leg and bound laterally, crossing the trailing leg behind the landing leg.
- Absorb the landing softly with a bent knee and immediately load for the next bound.
- Stay low and keep your torso upright throughout each crossover stride.
