How to do the Superman
- Lie face-down with your arms extended overhead and legs straight.
- Simultaneously lift your arms, chest, and legs off the floor by squeezing your glutes and erectors.
- Hold the top position briefly, keeping your neck neutral and gaze toward the floor.
- Lower with control and repeat without letting momentum do the work.
