The Suspended Split Squat is a strength movement that targets your quadriceps. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Suspended Split Squat

  1. Place your rear foot in the strap and stand on one leg with your front foot forward.
  2. Lower your back knee toward the floor, keeping your front shin vertical.
  3. Keep your torso upright and core braced throughout the descent.
  4. Drive through your front heel to return to the starting position.
