The Thigh Adductor is a strength movement that targets your adductors. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Thigh Adductor

  1. Sit upright in the machine with the pads against the inside of your knees.
  2. Squeeze your legs together, driving the pads inward to full range.
  3. Keep your back flat against the pad and avoid rocking your torso.
  4. Release slowly back to the starting position under control.
