The Tire Flip is a strongman movement that targets your quadriceps. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Tire Flip

  1. Set feet hip-width, squat down, and grip the underside of the tire with both hands.
  2. Drive through your legs to lift the tire, then transition your hands to push it forward and over.
  3. Keep your back flat and chest up throughout — avoid rounding at the lower back.
  4. Reset your stance before each rep.
