How to do the Trail Running/Walking

  1. Shorten your stride on uneven terrain and keep your gaze a few feet ahead.
  2. Land with a midfoot strike and let your arms assist balance on slopes.
  3. Slow down before technical sections — control is more important than pace.
  4. Stay upright on uphills; lean slightly forward from the ankles, not the waist.
