Two-Arm Kettlebell Clean
The Two-Arm Kettlebell Clean is a strength movement that targets your shoulders. Here's how to do it with clean form.
How to do the Two-Arm Kettlebell Clean
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, a kettlebell outside each foot; hinge at the hips to grip the handles.
- Drive through your hips explosively to pull both bells off the floor.
- Guide the bells into the rack position — forearms vertical, bells resting on the back of your wrists at shoulder height.
- Keep your elbows tight to your body and absorb the catch with a slight knee bend.
