The Two-Arm Kettlebell Jerk is a strength movement that targets your shoulders. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Two-Arm Kettlebell Jerk

  1. Start with both kettlebells in the rack position, feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. Dip slightly at the knees, then drive forcefully through your legs to punch both bells overhead.
  3. Lock out your elbows at the top with your biceps by your ears.
  4. Lower the bells back to rack under control and reset before the next rep.
