How to do the Two-Arm Kettlebell Military Press

  1. Clean both kettlebells to the rack position and stand tall with a braced core.
  2. Press both bells straight overhead until your elbows are fully locked out.
  3. Keep your wrists stacked over your elbows and avoid flaring your ribs.
  4. Lower the bells back to rack with control before pressing again.
