How to do the Upright Row - With Bands

  1. Stand on the center of a resistance band and hold both ends with an overhand grip, hands shoulder-width apart.
  2. Pull the band upward toward your chin, leading with your elbows until they rise above your hands.
  3. Pause at the top, then lower with control against the band's tension.
  4. Keep your torso upright and avoid shrugging your shoulders excessively.
