Weighted Squat
The Weighted Squat is a strength movement that targets your quadriceps. Here's how to do it with clean form.
How to do the Weighted Squat
- Hold the weight at your chest or in a goblet position, feet shoulder-width apart, toes slightly out.
- Brace your core and squat until thighs reach parallel to the floor.
- Drive through your heels to stand, keeping your chest tall throughout.
- Push your knees out in line with your toes — don't let them cave inward.
