The Yoke Walk is a strongman movement that targets your quadriceps. Here's how to do it with clean form.

How to do the Yoke Walk

  1. Step under the yoke, center it across your upper traps, and stand tall before unracking.
  2. Take short, quick steps — do not overstride.
  3. Keep your core braced hard and your eyes fixed forward.
  4. Set the yoke down under control at the end of each run.
